Ba Na Hills Vietnam

One of the things we wanted to see when in Ha Long Bay, Vietnam, was this golden bridge with stone hands holding it up that we had seen in many videos. So when the day came to go see it, we went out in the afternoon, took a 30-minute Uber, and when we arrived at a theme park, we were a little confused, but there was no turning back now. We decided to buy tickets and get in to see the bridge, but what we were not prepared for was how large this park actually was. After buying tickets, you have to take a gondola ride to the actual park since it’s the only way to access it, and this wasn’t just a nice, quick ride. This gondola ride was about 15 minutes over a forest until we reached the FIRST part of the park. We quickly realized this trip to see a bridge was about to be a lot more. We got off the gondola and made our way to the infamous bridge that was super beautiful. Then we found out that we had to take another gondola to the next part of this park.

On the way to the next park, we were met with sights of castles, literal castles, and villages made to resemble Ancient Rome. It was incredible, also huge, so we didn’t get to explore much since we had gotten there so late without realizing the size. There were statues and flowers everywhere; everything looked like it was out of a movie. I wish we would have known about it beforehand and planned accordingly because every corner you turned, there was something new to explore. I would definitely come back here again if I were to visit Ha Long Bay!
